Dosage:
600mg: 1 dropper = 1ml = 20mg
1200mg: 1 dropper = 1ml = 40mg
Directions: Place oil under tongue, and hold for 30-90 seconds until absorbed, then swallow. To start, try a 5-10mg dose 30minutes before bedtime. Increase gradually, if needed in order to find your ideal dosage. Set yourself up for success by enhancing your environment for rest with out Serene Cloud Botanical Mist.
